Nikki & Andrew – Yorkshire Wedding Photography

Nikki & Andrew  – better know as Bren – actually contacted me all the way from Perth while planning their wedding. I have known Nikki for a long time and we both have lots of mutual friends so I was delighted when she asked me to capture their special day. Nikki and Bren emigrated to Perth, Australia a few years ago but decided to tie the knot back in beautiful Yorkshire where they are originally from. They choose the quint  village church in Hackness surrounded by friends and family before heading back to Ox Pasture Hall for the wedding breakfast. We had glorious sunshine all day and just before heading back to Ox Pasture we had a quick stop off in Raincliffe woods for a few portraits of the newly weds.

I know Nikki and Bren have great taste and no detail was left un turned. Nikki wore a gorgeous Maggie Sottero gown with stunning lace from the Bridal Selection Perth, completed with a pair of Vivienne Westwood shoes. The bridesmaids wore Two Birds dresses in a gorgeous mint colour which looked great against the pink pop of the peonies in the bouquets created by Audrey Foster.

The Dovecote suit at Ox Pasture was decorated with pink and mint pompoms from the pompom studio and table decorations from confetti. The extra little vintage details were supplied from topped off with a very cool ‘LOVE’ light sign.

If you were a guest at the wedding this is a very small selection of images – the full gallery will be live in client proofing at the weekend.
