Bohemian Beach Shoot

The second part of The Shepherd’s Purse shoot was all about the bohemian vibe and creating that look. Michelle’s amazing make-up artistry coupled with her flair for natural styling and sourcing resulted in some stunning looks. We are very lucky to live in the  beautiful and historic Whitby and most days I walk my miniature dachshunds, Boris on my favourite beach Sandsend. This beach really does get some amazing light and with the sun rising over Whitby and setting over Sandsend it was my ultimate choice of location for the shoot.

The whole shoot was taken on my analogue film camera so no looking at the back of a digital screen, just really looking at the light and composition and patiently wait for the film to be developed and scanned. Thanks always to my lab the UK Film lab.

My brides want to look glowing and natural on her wedding day.
