Alexa and Luke

Having attended Whitby college with Alexa and shared many a giggle I was delighted when she asked me to capture their special day. Both Alexa and Luke are the nicest people and it was a real treat to shoot their ceremony at the very stunning Sneaton Castle. The wedding breakfast was held at the equally beautiful Stables near Whitby with some magnificent views. The beautiful blooms were by the talented team at Whitby Flower Pot.  Alexa and Luke’s favours were a little pouch containing a happiness kit for each guest including myself and it read…..

‘An eraser so your mistakes disappear.

A  marble for when you lose yours.

A coin so you can never say, ‘I’m broke’.

A rubber band to stretch yourself beyond limits.

A piece of string to tie things together when they fall apart.

A candle so you will never be in the dark.

A heart to show someone care.

A star to make your wishes upon.

Now that is Alexa and Luke , so sweet and kind. If you were a guest at the wedding this is a super small taste of the day and the rest of the images will go live in the client proofing section when they return from honeymoon.
