York wedding photography
Jayne was inspired by Disney and definitely had a fairytale marrying her prince James in one of the most beautiful cities – York. Jayne looked so stunning in her sparkly lace dress and James dapper in a black tux and bow tie.
James really is the ultimate romantic and proposed to Jayne in historic York which hold a special place in their hearts. On the morning of the big day James sent an extra special gift to his stunning bride to be……………. a puppy! Jayne has always wanted a dog and what a cutie, all dressed up in his matching red bow.
The couple married in St Wilfrids church opposite York Minster. St Wilfrids is open to the public and a very beautiful Catholic church well worth a visit. Jayne arrived at church in a super cute baby blue Morris Minor which was a special surprise for her dad. Jayne has the biggest heart and smile. After the ceremony we headed to one of my favourite venues in York, The Hospitium. This special venue oozes charm and history and is set in the prettiest of gardens with in the city centre. The gardens are home to St Mary’s ruins and a perfect romantic backdrop. After the wedding breakfast we headed out for some portraits around the gardens and look full advantage of all the pretty areas.
Here are a few images from the day, if you were a guest at the wedding you can view the full gallery here.
